Wafer, lugged and double flanged lined butterfly valves DN40-900

Neotecha Butterfly Valves Model NeoSeal - 6278 A PTFE lined solution according ISO 5752/5 short (EN 558-1/T5) with various corrosion resistant disc materials to satisfy demanding customer requirements.

Features
•One of the most important features of theNeotecha butterfly valve is the stem seal.The pressure to keep the two sealing surfaces together is provided by an upper and lowerset of Belleville springs resulting in a superior stem seal, which is TA-Luft VDI 2440approved.•The elastomer back-up pads behind the linerensure a tight fit around the disc, giving a bubble tight shut-off at minimum operatingtorque.•The liner provides a wide flange sealingsurface.•A one piece thin disc stem lined with 3 mmmolded PFA providing high Kvvalues.•The liner and disc are the only two valve partsin contact with the medium.•Primary shaft sealing by preloaded contactbetween disc and liner hub.•Secondary shaft seal by oversizing the shaftdiameter in relation to the shaft hole in the liner.•The liner and disc are molded and machinedto close tolerances to provide: - low torque - less stress and deformation during openingand closing- elimination of tearing and bunching - an integrated part of the primary andsecondary sealing in the shaft area.•Vacuum tests with helium have beenperformed successfully with pressures less than 20 Pa absolute (0,2 mbarA).•Optional TFM lining available for extremelydemanding applications.•Integral body locating holes to ease installationand to ensure perfect centering of the valve between flanges. •Actuator flange and stem dimensionsacc. The Neotecha butterfly valves are ideallysuited for corrosive applications, requiring reliable performance, tight shutoff, constant torque and no maintenance. The valves successfully handle a multitude of corrosive applications in industries such as chemical, petro-chemical,pulp and paper, semiconductor (UPW), foundries andmining. The accurate machining of all valve components, and the combination of safety precautions in the shaft area provide a drop-tight seat sealing and a positive gastight shut-off through the shaft area to atmosphere.
