ELEKTRONIK CRT rotary encoders with PROFINET interface Compact and robust for automation in mechanical and plant engineering The CRT model séries rotary encoders are equipped with a PROFINET interface according to IEC61158/61784 and have been certified by PNO as PROFINET I/O subscri-bers. They offer the functions of conformance class C (device exchange without engineering tool, media redundancy and extended diagnosis) and are capable of real time class 3 (PROFINET-IRT with „high performance"). The CRTs are optoelectronic multiturn rotary encoders and are available in the same design forms and reso­lutions as the CRD PROFIBUS and PROFISAFE rotary encoders.
