90° milling cutter which meets demands for high precision milling and econo­mic machining like a solid carbide milling cutter does. The precision ground inserts have extremely sharp cutting edges which are best suited for the

machining of steels and other non-ferrous metals.

EVH (Multifunctional)

90° milling cutter with centre cutting edge for multifunctional applications

such as shoulder milling, slotting, drilling, ramping, plunging and spiral inter­polation. The positive rake angle reduces cutting forces and guarantees for a

stable and low vibration machining process. In addition, the cutter body offers

an inner coolant supply.

EXH ("Quick motion")

Also new and revolutionary is the "DD-Fit" clamping mechanism for the EPH milling cutter and the "SS-Fit" clamping mechanism for the EVH and EXH milling cutter.

Both mechanisms guarantee for highest precision and improved clamping rigidity. Thus stable machi­ning processes at even high rotation speeds can be realised.

The newly developed milling grade DS1200 with the trend-setting DLC coating (diamond-like coating) rounds off this new tool concept.

"Quick motion" milling cutter with centre cutting edge providing highest cut­ting time volume for diameter ranges starting with 10mm. This tool concept

with inner coolant supply realises feed rates of up to 0.6 mm and thus covers

a wide range of applications. Positive rake angle and extremely sharp cutting edges guarantee for low vibration and highest process stability
