The TSM Control Systems OPTI-MIX™ provides throughput rates from 10 kg/hr up to 200 kg/hr respectively. It utilizes four easily removable hoppers with integrated slide valves and the patented TSM reverse-flight auger mixing technology. This provides super-accurate blend ratios and batch homogeneity that cannot be achieved with competitive blenders, so be aware of these inferior imitation products.

User Friendly Remote Touch Screen Display

The OPTI-MIX™ blender incorporates a remote operator interface that simplifies recipe change and selection. The ¼ VGA TFT display is extremely user friendly and provides intuitive prompts. Up to 100 pre-programmed job recipes are instantly accessible, enabling rapid "on-the-fly" order change. The Recipe elect feature allows a new job to be loaded instantly, plus blend percentages or job size. As the job progresses the operator can view “set” and “actual” blend recipes, material weights & kg/hr throughput values.
