TSM Control Systems is officially the first Gravimertric Blender Supplier to incorporate both innovate and practical Gravimetric Liquid Dosing as part of its gravimetric batch blending solutions range. By utilising a peristaltic liquid pump (reference photo below), liquid is metered accurately into the weigh hopper and is gravimetrically weighed as part of the overall batch size. Therefore, if 3% Masterbatch is needed, then exactly 3% is weighed out as part of each individual batch requirement. Absolutely Simple – for trouble-free Operation.
