The TSM Control Systems gravimetric batch blenders handle plasticising rates from 5 kg/hr up to 650 kg/hr. They utilize patented TSM Micradose™ valve technology for dosing accuracies as low as +/- 0.1% and combined with the patented reverse-flight auger mixing technology this provides super-accurate blend ratios and batch homogeneity that cannot be achieved with competitive blenders.

The TSM blenders incorporate a remote operator interface that simplifies recipe change and selection. The ¼ VGA TFT touch screen display is extremely user friendly and provides intuitive prompts.
