The TSM Control Systems TSM50 & TSM150 provide throughput rates of up to 50 kg/hr (110 lbs/hr) and 150 kg/hr (330 lbs/hr) respectively. They utilise patented TSM Micradose™ valve technology combined with patented reverse-flight auger mixing technology. This provides super-accurate blend ratios and batch homogeneity that cannot be achieved with competitive blenders.

TSM Micradose™ Dispense Valves

The TSM50 & TSM150 blender use the TSM patented Micradose™ dispense valves to ensure super-accurate dosing of minor ingredients even at very low throughputs. The Micradose™ technology is capable of a batch to batch dosing accuracy of +/- 0.02%.

User Friendly Remote Operator Display

Exact Dosing The TSM50 & TSM150 blender incorporates a remote operator interface that simplifies recipe change and selection. The 16 line x 40 character back-lit display is extremely user friendly and provides intuitive text prompts.
