The TSM DryBatch (TSM1000D) blender has been designed specifically for accurate, reliable and cost-effective gravimetric blending of hygroscopic materials at up to 220
o C. It is the first blender of its kind in the world and its sole purpose is to benefit you the customer.

Features

• Blends up to 4 high temperature materials with throughput up to 1000kg/hr (2,200 lbs./hr ). • Operates down-stream of conventional dryers and allows high accuracy blending of dried materials at
o temperatures up to 220 C . • Retains heat inside the blender and resists moisture contamination with a sealed mixing chamber and double walled blender frame and bin. • Offers a compact low height profile compared to alternative systems, minimizing disruption to overhead material storage and handling systems. • Is ruggedly constructed of heavy gauge steel to withstand the most rigorous of operating conditions. • The load cell is overload protected and guarded from physical damage, and provides measurement accuracy independent of temperature change . • Employs a patented positive displacement mixing system which ensures blend homogeneity irrespective of material densities or granule size and maintains constant head pressure of material entering the extruder. • Can be mounted directly on the throat of the extruder, eliminating the possibility of de-mixing. • Offers option of precise extrusion control
