Universal centre lathes from our production have been in the great demand. TRENS, a.s. has started production of the lathes in the 50s of the 20th century. Our experience have reflected in today’s excellent utility and merits of our machine tools, like high machining accuracy, long life cycle, simple attendance or low operating costs. The fact that since the production start there have been over 100 000 units produced and sold in the countries worldwide guarantees liability of the all-purpose centre lathes.

PURPOSE

SUI 80 is a universal centre lathe intended for piece and small-lot production; however it fits also for maintenance in repair workshops. It is characterised by high performance at machining longer pieces of material - from 6 to 8 m. This universal centre lathe has a wide range of operating speed. Main motor output is 15 kW and it is of a robust cast iron bed frame. Its unique design and high quality guarantee high stability at material machining.
