Machine description The machine consists of afixed bed on whichis amovable slide with across guideway in longitudinal direction. On the slide is across moving column with avertical guideway, on which the headstock is moving. The tool magazine is fixed on the slide. The workpieces are clamped on the table orrotary changer fixed on the bed. The machine is characteristic by two working areas. The Machining centre is designed as amulti –tasking machine for mass production of small- size non-rotary workpieces mainly. The Centre is capable to machine awide range of materi- als like steel, cast iron, aluminium alloy etc. The centre composition is modular and enablesvarious machine configurations with reference to the technological requirements and desired production. The Centre can be either for separa- te works or as apart of aManufacturing Cell or Machining line. Popis stroje Stroj sestává zpevného loÏe, po kterém sevpodélném smûru posouvají kfiíÏové sánû spfiíãn˘m vedením. Na saních se pfiíãnû posouvá stojan se svisl˘m vedením, po kterém se posouvá vfieteník. Obrobky se upínají na stÛl nebo otoãn˘ v˘mûník upevnûn˘ na loÏi. Stroj je vybaven zásobníkem nástrojÛ upevnû- n˘m na saních.Stroj je urãen pro vysoce produktivní obrábûnípfieváÏnû nerotaãních souãástí men‰ích veli- kostí zoceli, litiny, slitin hliníku ap., pfiedev‰ím vsériové v˘robû. Modulární skladba umoÏÀuje nabídnout rÛznéprovedení stroje sohledem na technologické poÏadavky apoÏadovanou produkci. Stroj mÛÏe pracovat samostatnû nebo jakosouãást pruÏné v˘robní buÀky nebo linky. Das Grundmerkmal der Maschine ist ein festesBett, auf dem sich in Längsrichtung der Schlitten mit Querführung verschiebt. Am Schlitten wird der Ständer mit Senkrechtführung verschoben, auf der sich der Spindelstock verschiebt. Das Werkzeugmagazin ist am Schlitten befestigt.Die Werkstücke werden am Tisch oder auf dem Bett befestigten Drehwechsler gespannt. Die Maschine hat zwei Arbeitsplätze. Das Bearbeitungszentrum ist für hoch Produktiv-bearbeitung vor allem nichtrotierender Teile von kleinerer Grösse aus Stahl, Gusseisen, Alumi- niumlegierungen usw. bestimmt, vor allem in Serienproduktion. Die modulare Zusammensetzung ermöglichtverschiedene Maschinenausführung mit Hinsicht auf technologische Anforderungen und geforder- te Produktion anzubieten. Die Maschine kann selbstständig oder alsBestandteil einer flexiblen Fertigungszelle oder Straßearbeiten.
