Bûhem ‰edesátileté v˘roby obrábûcích strojÛ získali zamûstnanci spoleãnosti zku‰enosti zv˘zkumu, v˘voje, konstrukce, v˘roby aprovozu více neÏ 83 000 obrábûcích stro- jÛ, 60 automatick˘ch obrábûcích linek a3 500 jednoúãelov˘ch strojÛ. Splatností od 1. 1. 2001 spoleãnost TOS KU¤IM – OS, a.s. obdrÏela od firmy RWTÜV certifikát ISO 9001. TOS KU¤IM – OS, a.s. je ãlenem Svazu v˘robcÛ adodavatelÛ strojírenské techniky vâR, azároveÀ evropského sdruÏení CECIMO. V˘robní program voboru univerzálních strojÛ tvofií velké frézky aobrábûcí centra pro nerotaãní souãásti vybavené fietûzov˘m zásobníkem pro automatickou v˘mûnu nástrojÛ (vãetnû pfiíslu- ‰enství). Tyto stroje umoÏÀují obrábûní tûÏk˘ch, rozmûrovû atvarovû velmi sloÏit˘ch obrobkÛ aÏ zpûti stran spouÏitím sou- vislého fiízení vpûti osách. Stroje jsou schopny provádût ‰irok˘ rozsah operací na obrobcích nejrÛznûj- ‰ích typÛ. V˘‰e uvedené univerzální obrábûcí stroje jsou vyváÏeny do v‰ech prÛmyslovû vyspûl˘ch zemí svûta ajsou prÛbûÏnû ino- vovány. The company TOS KU¤IM – OS, a.s. belongs among the mostimportant manufacturers of milling machines, single purpose machines, and automatic machining lines in the Czech Republic. During 60 years of machine tools production, employees have gai- ned significant experience in research, development, construction, manufacturing, and operation of more than 85 000 machine tools, 60 automatic machining lines, and 3 500 single purpose machines. TOS KU¤IM – OS, a.s. was certified by RWTÙV and received the ISO 9001 certificate effective from January 1, 2001. The compa- ny is amember of the Association of manufacturers and suppli- ers of engineering technique in the Czech Republic and also amember of CECIMO.The actual assortment of universal machines is comprised bythe large milling machines as well as machine centres for non rotary parts equipped with chain type tool magazine for automa- tic tool change (including optional accessory). These machines enable machining of heavy parts of difficult shape from 5 sides with utilization of continuos control in 5 axes. These machines are: – Bed - type milling machines and machining centres FS (Q) – Milling machines and machining centres with moving columnFF (Q)– Gantry type milling machines and machining centres FRF (Q) – Floor type milling machines and machining centres withmoving column FU (Q)All types of the machines mentioned above are equipped with the Siemens or Heidenhain standard control systems. They can be equipped with diverse spindle heads including interchangeable heads of TOS KU¤IM - OS, a.s. design. The machines are able to carry out awide range of machining ope- rations on the workpieces of various types. All machines are enable to provide wide range of operations on various type lar- ge and complex-shaped workpieces. The above mentioned uni- versal machine tools are exported to all reputable countries. All machines types are continuously innovated. The single purpose machines and automatic machining lines play an important role in the production program of TOS KU¤IM – OS, a.s. Die Gesellschaft TOS KU¤IM-OS, a.s. gehört zu den bedeutendsten Herstellern von Fräsmaschinen, Bearbeitungsmaschinen, Einzweckmaschinen und automatischen Bearbeitungsstraben in der Tschechischen Republik. Im Laufe der sechzigjährigen Werkzeugmaschinenproduktion gewannen die Mitarbeiter der Gesellschaft die Erfahrungen aus der Forschung, Entwicklung, Konstruktion, Herstellung und dem Betrieb von mehr als 85 000 Werkzeugmaschinen, 60 Taktstraben und 3 500 Einzweckmaschinen. Mit der Gültigkeit vom 1.1.2001 erhielt die Gesellschaft TOS KU¤IM- OS, a.s. von der Firma RWTÜV das Zertifikat ISO 9001. TOS KU¤IM- OS, a.s. ist ein Mitglied des Verbandes der Hersteller und Lieferanten der Maschinenbautechnik in der Tschechischen Republik und gleich- zeitig auch des Europäischen Verbandes CECIMO. Das Produktionsprogramm bilden großeFräsmaschinen sowie Bearbeitungszentren für nicht rotierende Teile, die mit Kettenmagazin für automatischen Werkzeugwechsel ausgestattet sind (einschliess- lich Zubehör). Diese Maschinen ermöglichen die Bearbeitung von schweren, formkomplizierten Werkstücken bis aus 5 Seiten mit Benutzung der Bahnsteuerung in 5 Achsen. Es handelt sich um: – Bettfräsmachinen und Bearbeitungszentren FS (Q) – Fräsmaschinen und Bearbeitungszentren mit verschiebbaremStänder FF (Q)– Fräsmaschinen und Bearbeitungszentren mit verschiebbaremPortal FRF (Q)– Fräsmaschinen und Bearbeitungszentren mit verschiebbaremStänder auf einem selbstständigen Bett FU (Q)Alle Typen der vorbenannten Maschinen werden standardgemäß mit Steuerungssystemen von Siemens oder Heidenhain ausgestattet; sie besitzen die Spindelköpfe von verschiedenen Typen einschließlich automatisch wechselbaren (Konstruktion von TOS KU¤IM - OS, a.s), und zeichnen sich durch umfangreiche Variabilität für breiten Bereich der Operationen und bearbeiteten Produkte aus. Die vorbenannten Universal-Werkzeugmaschinen werden in alle entwickelten Industrieländer exportiert. Einen wichtigen Bestandteil des Produktionsprogramms von TOS KU¤IM-OS, a.s. bilden die Sondermaschinen und automatische Bearbeitungsstraßen.
