| | | FULLY AUTOMATED NO CHANGE-OVER TIME This bar metering has been designed bearing suppliers in mind the requisites of silent running, reliability, rigidity and rapid change over time. The X-FILES is able to pass from a maximum to a minimum bar diameter within very short time, with no need for keys, simply by digiting the bar diameter on the PLC. Thanks to this simple operation the bar feeder automatically sets the guide channel, the strip storage adjustment and the pusher thrust within the space of just 1 minute and 20 seconds. The rear extraction collet features a quick-connect mechanism requiring a rapid 30 second change over time. | | |
