Standard Features WP Connectors and Internal Wiring All TOMAR 930 model lights give 360 degrees coverage with 45° front corner warning lights for high visibility at traffic intersections. Our lightbars meet or exceed all SAE, CCR Title 13, AAMVA, and AMECA requirements for Class 1 warning lights. Meets NFPA 1901 and SAE J2498 standards when properly configured. WP “water-proof” connectors are a standard feature on our lightbars. These connectors are sealed with silicone rubber gaskets and may be used underwater and are rated for automotive under-the-hood applications. EPDM rubber is used on all internal wiring instead of plastic. The rubber material will not crack or split when exposed to extreme hot or cold temperatures.
lightbars LED Lamps Modules Our LED lamps use TOMAR designed wide angle optic lenses along with LED collimators to produce the brightest, highest efficiency light beams the industry has ever seen. The LED lamps can directly replace any 12 or 24V RECT-37 halogen lamp applications. LED Flashers TOMAR has incorporated EEPROM user-programmable memory, state of the art 6 amp smart driver chips, and SAE J1708 communications to provide the ultimate 24 channel LED flasher. Hermetically Sealed Xenon Strobe Lamps All strobe lamps are water-tight, hermetically sealed Xenon lamps with chrome coated reflectors for maximum reflector efficiency and long life. Choice of lamp colors are Amber, Blue, Clear, Green, Purple, Red or any split color combination. Lamps are easily replaced by removing four screws. Potted Power Supplies and Controllers TOMAR power supplies are fully potted in polyurethane and are impermeable to the damaging effects of water, dust or vibration. TOMAR power supplies have been proven in extensive real world and laboratory testing to weather the harshest and most extreme environmental conditions. Additional Options For customers wanting more than our standard features, we offer additional options to further enhance and customize each lightbar to meet the customer’s state or local requirements. Warranty Information Ten year warranty on NEOBE® power supply and two year warranty on strobe lamps. LED controllers and LED lamp modules have a five year warranty.
