PICOVACQ Temperature

Measure temperature during your thermal processes from -70°C to 140°C, even in the smallest packagings .PicoVACQ certainly is the most miniaturized family of products from TMI-Orion. The latest electronic technologies are used while performances are boosted and dimensions reduced to the smallest loggers possible Specially designed for clean industries, all the models of this family enable quality control and process validation of food or pharmacy industries. Among the most common applications: - temperature measurement inside microwave ovens and in freezers control of sterilization (steam or ethylene oxide), - dry-freezers mapping, - ,- control of pasteurization. Models are the following: PicoVACQ 1T : 1 internal temperature sensor Pt1000 type PicoVACQ 1Tc : 1 Pt1000 temperature sensor at the end of a rigid probe (diameter 3mm and length to be determined between 10 and 100 mm). Ex Option: The two models above are available with Ex option for applications in explosive environment. PicoVACQ 1 Td : 1 Pt100 or Pt1000 type temperature sensor at the end of a flexible or probe semi-rigid probe (Viton or semi-rigid Stainless steel). For use inside autoclave, semi-rigid sheathed probe is mandatory. PicoVACQ 1 Tdi : 1 Pt100 sensor at the end of a flexible remote probe (Viton) equipped with a connector on its base. This sensor connects on the PicoVACQ 1Tdi, enabling the control of temperature in dry-freezers for example (down to -70°C). Be careful, this logger is not watertight in autoclave.
