Float Dynamic Principle:
When a large quantity of condensate flows into the trap, the float rises immediately, opening the orifice (D wide. Condensate passes through the pilot orifice at a high velocity into the control chamber (D , where the pressure increases rapidly due to flashing condensate. The rapid expansion causes a force to be exerted on the piston, opening the large orifice instantly. As condensate discharges through the main orifice at high velocity, condensate in the equipment is induced into the trap for rapid discharge.
