The date, time and location of each checkpoint are recorded simply by scanning a bar code and all incidents encountered are logged instantly. Officer information and all security checkpoints are easily and quickly entered into your computer database. Easy To Use Durable bar codes are placed at each location requiring inspection. Officers record their activities at a specific site by scanning the bar code at the location. Incidents are easily documented through the use of small incidents cards. Instant Report Generation At the conclusion of a route, officers transfer the collected data from their device into a computer. The transferred information automatically updates the database. Reports can be generated in seconds and offer documented proof of your guard tour activities. Reports include Daily Activity, Incidents and History reports.
