Inspection Manager™ is a management tool designed to schedule, track and document maintenance activities for a wide variety of facility operations. Inspection Manager uses software and hand-held computers to increase the productivity and accuracy of physical security inspection and maintenance personnel by eliminating hand-written log sheets and manual data entry. Inspection Manager provides documented time and date stamped proof that all inspections within a property were completed. It is an Enterprise Solution, but can also be utilized as a standalone or network version. Physical Security Inspections & Tours Inspection Manager assures that all sites have been visited and presents immediate proof with a date and time stamp. The system documents incidents or safety hazards that may be encountered during a tour of the property. Fire & Safety Equipment Inspections Inspection Manager quickly tracks and documents inspections and maintenance on all types of fire and life safety equipment, including fire extinguishers, hoses, pumps, sprinklers, valves, and more. Janitorial and Housekeeping Inspections Inspection Manager tracks and documents activities performed by personnel responsible for ensuring safety, sanitary and security conditions in bathrooms, lobbies, lunchrooms, and other areas that require clean, operational conditions. The system also allows for documentation of discrepancies encountered such as plumbing leaks, broken glass, burnt out lights, spills and more. Even unexpected situations such as assistance to a motorist are easily documented using Inspection Manager's WildCard feature.
