| Automatic Capper Automatic capper for applying prethreaded plastic or metal closures or press closures. The caps are applied by Pick&Place device on PET, PVC and glass bottles. Three main configurations are available: linear (without star wheel), with star wheel and rotary (with rotary heads). They are the ideal solution for companies with middle productions and with no need for operators to attend the equipment | - Production Up to 2000bph (linear version), 3600bph (starwheel version) and 7200bph (rotary version). - Totally configured on customer choices. - Machine entirely manufactured in stainless steel and aluminum. - Machine software for control and settings: the software is highly intuitive and provided with a 4-inch touch screen. The programmable settings are easily accessible by the operator and in multi-language version - Safety guards with closed panels in compliance with the CEregulations. - Quick & easy changeover operations. No hand tools are required to perform the above operations. - Bottle transfer star wheel to drive the bottles to the capping stations. - Cap feeding through automatic centrifugal or vibrating distributor.. - Cap application by Pick&Place device. - Torque control by magnetic friction or brushiess motor.
