â–  Air Pressure: 825 kPa (120psi) maximum Air Filter/Regulator Water and particles commonly found incompressed air can be damaging to a vibration-isolation system. This compact filter/regulator is recommended for use with all Thorlabs SuperDamp™ isolators. It regulates the air pressure supplied to the isolators whileremoving moisture and particles down to 5µm.The fittings accept the 6mm diameter plastic tubing supplied with theSuperDamp isolators.Each filter/regulator comes complete with a wall mountingbracket (not requiredwith Thorlabs compressor).

â–  Power: For laboratories not equipped with a compressed air supply,Thorlabs provides a low-noise air compressor that is self-contained, lightweight, and compact. Due to the low noise emitted (35dB at 1m), the compressor will not interfere with sensitive experiments.Each system includes its own air regulator, filter, and receiver tankwith pressure gage, safety valve, drain, and line pressure gauge.Thorlabs offers models for both 115 VAC/60 Hz operation(PTA011) and 220 VAC/50 Hz operation (PTA511). Both units are delivered ready for use with appropriate wall plug installed. To pressurize passive vibration isolation systems where a constant supply of air is notnecessary, Thorlabs supplies this foot pump.
