Durability: MIL-M-13508C,MIL-C-675C, MIL-C-14806 These non-polarizing beamsplitters use the samecoatings as our non-polarizing beamsplittingcubes. A slight wedge of 30 arcmin. has been added to eliminate interference fringes. The front surface is rotated with the broadband beamsplitter coating while the back surface has a broadband AR coating (R<0.5%) to eliminate ghosting.

AR Coated to Eliminate Ghosting 50:50 Split Ratio See graph on facing page There are three main types of beamsplitters: Pellicle, Cube andPlate. Each type has distinct advantages and disadvantages. Plate Beamsplitters - These are the most cost effective of all thebeamsplitter types. However, dispersion, ghosting and shifting ofthe beam may all be an issue in certain applications. These are thebest choice for a general purpose beamsplitter.See page 682-684 for Pellicle & Cube Beamsplitter details. 50:50 Splitting Ratio and AR Coated Back
