The accessory beam height is 75mm measured from the bottom surface of the stage. This MicroBlock™ Device Platform provides four degrees of freedom, twotranslation and two rotation. The 62.5mm deck height is compatible with our 3-Axis MicroBlock™, NanoMax™, and RollerBlock™ families of stages. Thephotograph below, shows the MBT401 4-Axis system integrated into a larger setupthat contains both a long travel RollerBlock stage, as well as a 4mm travel NanoMax 3-Axis flexure stage. We recommend this narrow platform positioning system for applications that require a device to bepositioned between two coupling stages.
