XE25T2

Low profile hex nuts can be used when you have access to the end of the extrusion toslip the nut into place. These are provided as a low cost alternative to our drop-in design. However please note that the XE25T3 hex nuts must be put into place prior to assembling your structure unless you have clear access to the end of the extrusion. The XE25T4 provides a quick and easy solutionfor inserting and locking a component onto an XE25-series rail. This “T” nut’s unique profileallows the “T” nut to drop in from the top ofthe rail and rotate 90°as a result of turning an #8-32 locking screw. Once the XE25T4 has completed its 90°rotation, the “T” nut will begin to translate upward until it locks inposition. This nut provides the sameconvenience during removal. The RM1G is designed to allow enclosures to bebuilt from our XE25 Structural Rails. We recommend the use of our low profile socket head cap screws detailed in the price box below; these screws provide enough clearance to allow 3 simultaneous connections as shown in the photograph to the right.The RM1F is machined from a solid block ofaluminum with all six sides held parallel to within ±0.002". Each face has a series of 1/4"-20 (M6) mounting holes. These components are ideal as general purpose building blocks that can be used with hundreds of our other mechanical products.
