digital thermometer and the TS 400 digital thermostat are designed to cover a temperature range from -99 °C to +999 °C or °F ,and to meet the needs of a wide part of the applications both in heating and refrigeration field. CARATTERISTICHE PRINCIPALI GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS
Il termometro digitale TS 100 ed il termostato digitale TS 400 sono concepiti per coprire un campo di temperature che va da -99 °C a +999 °C o °F e soddisfare le necessità di larga parte delle applicazioni nell’ambito sia della refrigerazione che del riscaldamento. Vengono predisposti in fabbrica per poter accettare in ingresso uno dei seguenti gruppi di sonde: PTC (990 a 25 °C) e NTC; termoresistenze Pt 100 a 2 e 3 fili; termocoppie di tipo J (Ferro-Costantana), K (Chromel-Alumel) ed S (Pt10%Rh-Pt) oppure trasmettitori con uscita 0÷20 e 4÷20 mA (con scala di lettura configurabile). Il contenitore utilizzato per che caratterizza questa nuova gamma è realizzato in materiale plastico autoestinguente sovra-stampato in gomma e garantisce un grado di protezione frontale IP 65. Il termostato TS 400 può essere configurato come regolatore con funzionamento per caldo (funzione dell' uscita "inversa"), oppure per freddo (funzione dell' uscita "diretta") ed è equipaggiato con una uscita a relè con contatto di scambio in grado di comandare carichi da 10 A a 230 Vac; come opzione è disponibile in alternativa un' uscita con segnale a bassa tensione per il comando di moduli SSR esterni (relè statici). E’ possibile assoggettare l’attivazione dell'uscita a relè ad una serie di ritardi programmabili per garantire un corretto impiego del carico. Il termostato TS 400 dispone inoltre di due allarmi logici escludibili, ciascuno dei quali è configurabile in ben sei modi di funzionamento: l’intervento di ciascun allarme comporta l’attivazione dell’avvisatore acustico a suono intermittente e la contemporanea presentazione sul display dell’ indicazione “AL 1” (o “AL 2”) alternata al valore di temperatura misurato. at 25°C) and NTC; Pt 100 thermoresistances with 2 or 3 wires; "J" type (Iron-Constantan), "K" type (Chromel-Alumel) and "S" type (Pt10%Rh-Pt) thermocouples; 0÷20 mA or 4÷20 mA
transmitters with the possibility to configure the display range. The new plastic box that has been developed for this series is made of plastic self-extinguishing material over-moulded with rubber being able to grant a frontal protection degree IP 65. The TS 400 thermostat can be configured as regulator for "heating" (reverse output function) or for "cooling" functioning (direct output function) and its standard version is normally equipped with one SPDT relay output that is able to manage loads up to 10 A at 230 Vac; as an option, it is possible to request alternatively a low-voltage signal output, suitable to drive SSR modules (solid state relay). Through some parameters programming, it is possible to submit the output activation to a number of user-defined delays, in order to guarantee a proper use of the load. Moreover, the instrument is also provided with two temperature alarms, that can be disabled, each of them being configurable in six different ways of working: the intervention of each alarm activates an acoustic alarm with intermittent beep and, at the same time, the display will show "AL 1" (or "AL 2") alternated to the measured temperature value .
