Il DC500x è un contatore digitale polifunzionale concepito persvolgere funzioni di contaimpulsi, totalizzatore, temporizzatore,frequenzimetro, periodometro e tachimetro. Completamente configurabile da tastiera è caratterizzato da:- quattro ingressi indipendenti liberamente configurabili che possonosvolgere diverse funzioni operative a seconda della selezione. - due distinti contatori capaci di realizzare molteplici funzioni operativesempre in relazione alla programmazione realizzata.Molte altre funzioni ausiliarie ne arricchiscono la funzionalità ed ampliano le possibili applicazioni.E' possibile selezionare il tipo di misura, la funzione svolta, le relazionicon gli ingressi, il comportamento dei canali di intercettazione, le corrispondenze di visualizzazione, gli allarmi, ecc...Per facilitare la vita agli installatori/utilizzatori nella programmazionedello strumento sono state previste delle ‘scene tipo’ chepredispongono automaticamente lo strumento ad operare in funzione base secondo la scena scelta. Ad esempio scegliendo la scena“contaimpulsi” l’ingresso 1 sarà il conteggio ‘up’, l’ingresso 2 sarà ilconteggio ‘down’, l’ingresso 3 il ‘reset’, eec. ecc. Logicamente l’utente sarà poi libero di modificare qualsiasi parametro come meglio crede.Oltre a svolgere compiti di misura e visualizzazione risponde adesigenze di intercettazione grazie a 4 Set-Point di allarme con relative uscite (4 statiche open collector oppure 2 a relè).Offre inoltre la possibilità di interfaccia digitale seriale (RS232 oRS485) o in alternativa la ritrasmissione della misura con uscita analogica (0/4-20mA o 0-10Vdc).La sicurezza dei dati impostati ed acquisiti è salvaguardata mediantechiave a tre livelli mentre la funzione del back-up dei dati allospegnimento è attivabile dal menù di configurazione..La tastiera, composta da tre tasti predefiniti e da due tasti assegnabilie l’ausilio di messaggi alfanumerici facilitano l’operatore nella fase di programmazione.La dimensione frontale è pari a 48x96mm ma il display è ben visibilea distanza grazie alla presenza di un apposito filtro ottico ed a cifrealte 13,5mm (orange alta efficienza).La profondità è di soli 100mm.Sviluppato per rispondere a situazioni di vario tipo in sistemi di automazione e controllo è in grado di soddisfare le più disparate esigenze sia per la completezza delle funzioni offerte , sia perl’elevato numero di configurazioni disponibili.Montaggio SMT, utilizzo di potente microcontrollore, flessibilità d’usoe programmazione facilitata sono ulteriori elementi caratterizzanti. The DC500x is a digital multifunction counter designed to performmetering functions of pulses, totals, time, frequency, periods andspeed. Totally configurable through keyboard, it is characterized by :- 4 independent freely configurable inputs that may perform differentoperative functions depending on the user's selection - 2 separated counters banks able to perform many different operativefunctions always depending on the parameters setting.Many other auxiliary functions enlarge its functionality widening the possible applications.Configuration parameters allow to select the measuring type, thefunction, the relationships with input channels, the behaviour of each alarm channel, the display correspondences, the alarms, etc.To make life easier to installers and users when programming theinstrument, some "typical environments" have been prepared to setautomatically the instrument to work in the most appropriate way. For example choosing the environment "counter", input 1 will be setas "up" count, input 2 as "down" count, input 3 as "reset" etc.Obviously the user will then be free to change any parameter as he prefers.Beyond measuring and displaying, the instrument offers 4 set-pointchannels for alarm with related open collector outputs (2 set-points channel if relay outputs are required) also offering serialcommunication (through RS232 or RS485 serial port) or, alternatively,the measurement retransmission through analogue output (0/4- 20mAmp or 0-10Vdc).The security of set and acquired data is granted by a three level key-lock while the data backup function at power off is activable throughthe configuration menu.The keyboard, made by 3 pre-defined plus 2 user-assigned push-buttons, and alphanumerical error messages help the user while programming.Frontal size is 48x96mm only but the display is highly visible from farthanks to a special optical filter together with 13.5 mms height digitsfor the display (orange high efficiency).Its depth is 100mm only.Developed to solve various application problems in automation and control systems, it is able to satisfy all possible requirements thanks to the completeness of its functions and for the high number ofavailable configurations.SMT mounting technology, powerful microcontroller, easy use andprogramming are further features that characterize DC500x. f ile: D C 500 IDE
