Temperature indicator instrument with one or two setting points selectables in the front on the entire scale. Large dimension display (13,5 mm height). Frontal knobs/push-button relay commutation point setting. Expecially suited for heating and cooling control systems, it can be connected to all most common industrial temperature sensors: thermocouples and resistance thermometers. On request other inputs are provided. Each instrument undergoes a normalized test cycle. This guarantees an high reliability level.

CARATTERISTICHE PRINCIPALI GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS

Strumento indicatore di temperatura con uno o due punti di intercettazione selezionabili da frontale su tutta la scala. Display di grandi dimensioni (cifra 13,5 mm). Preselezione delle soglie di intervento dei relè mediante manopole/pulsanti frontali. Particolarmente adatto all’impiego per controllo di riscaldamento e di raffreddamento, può accettare in ingresso i trasduttori di temperatura industriali più comuni: termocoppie e termoresistenze. A richiesta sono disponibili ingressi diversi. Ogni strumento viene sottoposto ad un ciclo di collaudo normalizzato che garantisce un elevato livello di affidabilità.

CARATTERISTICHE TECNICHE TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

INGRESSO: termocoppia Fe-Kost o Cr-Al (DIN 43710) oppure termoresistenza Pt-100 (DIN 43760). In caso di interruzione della sonda l’uscita viene disattivata. USCITA: relè SPST 3A @ 250Vac max, 30Vac o dc min (carico resistivo) con R-C. In alternativa è prevista un’uscita logica a 24Vdc 20% Ri=560 per comando di relè statici. 20% Ri=560 for SSR driving is provided. SEGNALAZIONI: lampada led rossa per ogni canale di intercettazione che copia lo stato dell’uscita. SIGNALINGS: red led lamp for every channel which indicates output relay actuation. REGOLAZIONE: PRECISIONE: 1% f.s. ON-OFF con isteresi regolabile da 0,5 a 10 °C. La soglia di scatto può esser selezionata su tutta la scala tramite manopola frontale a dieci giri. AMB.: sul frontale sono previste due manopole che comandano l’impostazione dei rispettivi punti di Set. Normalmente queste manopole sono in posizione di folle per evitare involontarie manovre. Per variare il punto di Set è necessario premere la manopola in modo da ingranare il meccanismo che ruota un apposito trimmer. Premendo la manopola viene contemporaneamente azionato un micro-switch che commuta la visualizzazione dalla temperatura corrente al valore di Set. Dal lato superiore della custodia è prevista una apertura per l’accesso alle regolazioni dell’isteresi di intervento dei due relè. 0-50°C. U.R.% : 18 85% (non cond. ). By pushing the knob and gear the mechanism, that turns a 10 turns potentiometer, you can varying the Set-Point value. At the same time the pushing action drives a micro-switch that changes the display from the current temperature to the set point value.
