Caratteristiche

Le impostazioni sono semplificate e possono essere eseguite per singola zona, per grup- po o range. La funzione “ricette” permette il salvataggio ed il recupero di tutti i valori di regolazione e lo stato di ogni dispositivo nelle differenti condizioni di lavoro, sia per quan- to riguarda i parametri di termoregolazione, sia per le impostazioni dell'area “Sinottico”. Possono essere visualizzati i grafici con gli andamenti delle temperature controllate nelle varie zone. Un sistema di livelli di accesso basato su password garantisce la protezione contro la manomissione da parte di personale non autorizzato. La rottura di una termo- coppia viene automaticamente rilevata e segnalata e la zona continua ad essere controlla- ta in modalità “Manuale” mantenendo lo stesso “duty cycle” della media delle zone con analogo comportamento termico. La funzione di incremento sincrono delle temperature eli- mina le differenze di temperatura tra le varie zone durante la fase di avviamento, rendendo inutile l'avvio ritardato delle zone “ugello” o di quelle a bassa inerzia termica. Grazie a una speciale funzione “smart”, non è necessario effettuare di nuovo la regolazione (“tuning”) dei parametri di controllo neppure in caso di sostanziale modifica delle caratteristiche termiche del carico. La centralina è predisposta per ogni ulteriore ampliamento del numero di zone, con collegamento alla stessa interfaccia operatore. È collegabile in rete sia per controllo remoto sia per eventuale teleassistenza. Il cabinet è costruito con materiali ad alta resi- stenza ed è protetto contro la polvere e l'acqua.

ThSync

L'utilisation est convivial et les réglages peuvent s'appliquer à une zone seule, la totalité, ou par groupe. Une fonction de réglage permet une sauvegarde et un rechargement rapide des réglages, ainsi que de leurs différentes données et alar- mes. La table d'affichage du contrôle et du réglage des températures de chaque zone peut être déconnectée, autant en mode dynamique, que historique. Une iden- tification par mots de passe simples et fiables, garantie, à différents niveaux d'ac- cès, une protection complète contre toute utilisation non autorisée. Les défaillances de thermocouples sont automatiquement détectée et signalés, alors que la zone concernée continue d'être contrôlée en mode manuel, selon le même pilotage que la moyenne des autres zones (de comportement thermique similaire). La fonction de pré-chauffage syncronisé élimine les variations de montée en température des différentes zones, dues au taux de chauffe de chaque résistance, durant la phase de démarrage. Il n'est plus nécessaire de calculer empiriquement un démarrage différé des busettes, ou des zones de faible inertie thermique, pour éviter une dégradation de la matière plastique. Le ThSync est pré-paramètré pour pouvoir accroître le nombre de zones et connections, sur l'interface opérateur. Une connection réseau est possible, pour l'utilisation, et support technique. La fabrication de l'armoire est adaptée à un usage industriel. Elle est étanche et protégée de la poussière.

La nouvelle unité de contrôle ThSyncThermoplay est un équipement de gestion des températures de haut niveau, grâce à une utilisation ergono- mique de multiples zones, et à ses possibilités de stockage de paramèt- res d'utilisation. Le ThSync reprend tous les avantages d'un système sim- ple, avec CPU intégrée, et signal de thermocouple, conjugués avec les avantages typiques d'une gestion évo- luée basée sur un logiciel Windows. Le disque dur est issue des équipe- ments PC industriels, avec écran plat 15” TFT.

Unità di controllo “single loop” THRFS

È costituita di un controllo “single loop” per montaggio su barra din equipaggiato con un driver RS485 con impedenza di uscita quattro volte superiore al normale. Sono presenti 8 indicatori led su ciascuna unità, che permettono di monitorare il funzionamento del siste- ma. Un cavo BUS tipo flat permette il collegamento di tutte le principali connessioni comu- ni. Tutti i collegamenti elettrici sono effettuati tramite connettori e pertanto la sostituzione di una unità è immediata.

Unité de contrôle THFRS

L'unité de contrôle de température, montée sur rails din est équipée avec un port RS485 , d'une impédance quatre fois supérieur au standard. Huit led procurent un contrôle synoptique du fonctionnement du système. Un câble bus, plat permet d'assurer les connections principales. Toutes les branchements sont assurés par des connecteurs, et de ce fait, le remplacement de l'unité est immédiat.

The new Thermoplay ThSync unit is ahigh level temperature control device incorporating ergonomic handling of several zones and the storage of parameters and operating condi- tions. ThSync uses all the benefits of single loop units with integrated CPU and thermocouple signal condition- ing with those typically of an advanced supervision and control Windows Settings are user friendly and can be applied to a single zone, range or group. A “Recipe” function stores for quick save and reload settings, batch based data and alarms, in different operating conditions. The charts of controlled temperatures and set points for each zone can be displayed both in dynamic or historical mode. Easy and reliable password authentication with different levels guarantees protection from tampering. T/C failure is auto- matically detected and warned, while the related zone continues to be controlled in “Manual” mode with the same duty cycle of the other zone average (of similar thermal behav- iour). The synchronous pre-heating function eliminates heating differences of the various zones due to different heating rates of individual heaters, during machine start-up. No more empirically calculated delay in nozzle zones or low thermal inertia zones start is necessary to avoid polymer damaging. No tuning of control parameters is requested even in case of basic changes in load thermic characteristics, thanks to the “smart” function, used to automatically optimise the control action. The ThSync is preset for any further increasing of the zones number and connection to the same operator interface. Network connection is possible for remote control or technical support. The cabinet construction is robust and it is protected against dust and water (IP54). Das neue Thermoplay ThSync ist ein hoch entwickeltes Temperaturreglergerät, dassaufgrund des ergonomischen Handlings der einzelnen Zonen , des Speicherns von Parametern und anderen Parametern erlaubt. THSync vereint alle klassischen Vorteile von “Single loop” Einsätzen mit integrierten CPU und Thermofühlerüberwachung, basierend auf einer Windows Software. Das Gerät besteht aus einem Industrie - Hochleistungsrechner und einem 15 Zoll TFT - Touch screen Monitor. Die Einstellungen sind anwenderfreundlich in verschiedene Feld-, Gruppen oder Themenkreise bis zu 200 Zonen aufgeteilt. Die “Rezept” - Funktion ermöglicht alle eingestellten Parameter in den verschiedenen Ebenen zu speichern und wieder abzurufen. In diesen Umfang werden auch alle Daten und Alarme festgehalten. Verlaufsgraphiken der Temperaturen, sowie entsprechende Regelkreise und dessen Zuordnungen, für jede Zone, sind in den Bereichen “History” und „Realtime„ abzulesen. Passwortschutz gegen Beschädigung oder fremde Zugriffe. Der Ausfall eines Thermoelementes, wird automatisch ermittelt und es erfolgt eine Umstellung auf Handsteuerung, wodurch die Leistung der ausgefallenen Düse auf einen berechneten Wert zurückgesetzt wird und ein problemlose Produktion ohne Unterbrechung möglich ist. Synchronerhöhung der Temperaturen - beseitigt automatisch Unterschiede ungleicher Leistung der zu beheizenden Elemente während der Aufheizphase. Smart Funktion - optimiert automatisch jede Regelstelle. Keine manuelle Angleichung der unterschiedlichen Leistungen innerhalb der jeweiligen Regelkreise. THRFS “Single - Loop” mit Schnittstellen ausgestattete Steuereinheit, die eine Sofortverbindung ermöglicht. Netzverbindung ist möglich für Fernsteuerung oder technische Unterstützung. Das Gehäuse ist gegen Staub und Wasser geschützt. IP 54

Single loop control unit THRFS

Single loop din rail mounting temperature controller is equipped with an RS485. N.8 led indicators provide synoptic control of system operation. A flat bus cable allows the main common connections. All electrical connections are possible through connectors, therefore the replacement of one unit is immediate.

Der Single Loop Temperaturregler ist ausgestattet mit einer RS485 Schnittstelle. 8 LED Anzeigen ermöglichen eine optische Kontrolle des gesamten Systems. Ein flaches Bus- Kabel ermöglicht die Verbindung zwischen Rechner und Anzeige. Alle elektrischen Anschlüsse erfolgen durch Steckverbindungen, dadurch ist der Austausch einzelner Komponenten sehr schnell möglich.
