Impiego

Questa apparecchiatura è stata proget-tata e realizzata per ottimizzare il pro- cesso di stampaggio dei termoplastici. Essa offre la possibilità di gestire la sequenza di apertura e chiusura delle valvole ad otturazione presenti nello stampo, garantendo un prodotto finale conforme ai più severi standard tecnico- qualitativi attualmente richiesti. I prodotti finiti risultano quindi esenti da linee di saldatura, carbonizzazione interne del materiale, indebolimenti strutturali, etc.

Utilisation

Cet appareil a été projeté et réalisé afin d’optimiser le procédé de moulage du thermoplastique. ll offre la possibilité de gérer la séquence d’ouverture de plusieurs buses à obturation présentes dans le moule, garantissant un produit final confor- me aux standard technique-qualité actuel- lement demandés. Les produits finis sont exempts de ligne desoudure, de carbonisation interne du maté- riel, de affaiblissements structuraux, etc.

Dieses hochentwickeite elektronische Bauteil, eine sequentielle Steuerung für Nadelverschluss-Systeme, wurde zurVerbesserung des Spritzgiessprozesses mit kritischen Thermoplasten entwickelt. Die Leistung dieser Einheit ist in der Tat ausgezeichnet und jede Komponente ist hochpräzise gefertigt um optimale Ergebnisse zu erzielen. Diese Produkt ent- spricht den gängigen Industrie-und Qualitätsanforderungen Die verzugsfreien Spritzteile weisen weder Fließnähte auf, noch bilden sich Lufteinschlüsse um deren Haltbarkeit zu schwächen.

Questa apparecchiatura gestisce qualsiasi tipo di valvola ad otturazione. Essa è ali- mentata da un sistema monofase a 230 V - 50/60 Hz, si presenta con dimensioni molto ridotte e grazie al suo minimo peso, può essere movimentata agevolmente. Tutte le circuiterie elettroniche sono realiz- zate con componenti elettronici intercam- biabili. Un terminale interattivo palmare a colori consente all’operatore di impostare, gestire, visualizzare e registrare tutte le fasi di lavorazione. Esso può lavorare in remo- to anche lontano dalI’apparecchiatura, permettendo all’operatore un’assoluta libertà di manovra. L’intera apparecchia-tura si presenta in un cofano rack le cui dimensioni dipendono dal numero di val- vole da comandare. Esistono 3 esecuzio-ni base caratterizzate da 2 a 16 valvole.

Introduction

This sophisticated electronic equipment, “Sequential valve gate control unit” is designed to optimize the molding process in critical thermoplastic applications. The performance of this unit is indeed excellent and each component is precision engineered to maximize performance. Each shut off valve is detected and con- trolled by the system, so the end-product ismeet the most strict industrial quality con-trol standards. The end-products are with- out welding line, inside carbonisation, framestress and weaken one’s power of endurance.

Cet appareil gère n’importe quel type de valve à obturation. Il est alimenté par un système monophase à 230 V - 50/60 Hz, se présente avec des dimensions très réduites et grâce à son poids minimum il peut être déplacé facilement. Tous les circuits électroniques sont réalisés avec compo- sants électroniques interchangeables. Un terminal interactif à couleur permet àl’opérateur d’imposer, de gérer, de visionner et d’enregistrer toutes les pha-ses du travail. Celui-ci peut travailler loin de l’appareil lui permettant une absolueliberté de manoeuvre. Tout l’appareil se présente dans un coffre rack dont les dimensions dépendent du numéro de valves à commander. Il existe 3 exécu- tions de base carac térisées de 2 à 16valves à commander.

Ein handlicher, farbiger Touch-Screen Monitor erlaubt demBediener ein schnelles Setzen, Abfragen und ständiges Beobachten der Parameter. Ein 10 mtr. Ianges Kabel zwischen dem Monitor und der Regeleinheit läßt dem Bediener alle Möglichkeiten. Lieferbar in 3 Gehäusegrößen für die Überwachung von 2-16 Ventilen.

General notes

This equipment is designed to control any type of valve system. The main power sup- ply is 230 V 50/60 Hz single phase. With a compact size, the unit is easy to handle and transport. All electronic circuitsare on plug in cards for ease of mainte- nance. A programmable, color touchscreen terminal is used by the operator to set, control and monitor the complete process. For remote control a 10 meter long cable links the control terminal to themain rack frame. Available in 3” racks for the control from 2 to 16 valves.
