Autoclave manufacturer Industrial drain/Air Detector Probe Although the application conditions for the drain or air detector are notas demanding as those presented to the chamber/load probe, their integrity is just as critical. To maintain this integrity both types are subjected to the same manufacturing programme as are the chamber/load probes.

S P E C I F I C A T I O N

Sheath: 3.0mm OD (min), 4.76mm OD or 6.0mm OD x 100mm long (min) and up to 300mm long all in 316 stainless steel. When required the probe sheath can be supplied with a welded on Tri-clamp flange also in 316L stainless steel. Resistance Thermometer Detector: single or duplex PT100 with 3 or 4 wire connection, Class ‘A’ or fractional DIN tolerance and to BS EN 60751:1996.Flying lead: PTFE insulated copper conductors, 7/0.16mm to ASTM- B-298 with a 250V RMS rating and contained within an MFA jacket with an overall length of 3000mm.Operating range: -50 to +150°C Element: single or duplex element, type ‘T’ (Cu/Con) to BS EN 60584-1:1996.Lead wire: PTFE insulated type ‘T’ conductors, 1/0.315mm in class 1 material with a PFA jacket and contained within a silicone rubber sleeve, overall length of 3000mm.Operating range: - 50 to +150°C Thermocouple For an effective and leak free chamber entry, sealing glands utilising softsealant technology are recommended.
