DATA SHEET No. 100

High Density FeedthroughAssembly PRODUCT DESCRIPTION High Density Feedthrough Assembly

The HD series of feedthroughs will allow multiple conductors to pass through a single entry point into a process vessel. The feedthroughs are supplied with the conductors ready fitted and they are available in various AWG sizes. A Teflon® lined stainless steel tube is mechanically swaged over Teflon® insulated conductors and then placed inside the feedthrough body. No epoxy or potting compound is used at any stage. Thermocouple conductors can be supplied with hot junctions formed and left exposed or encapsulated within a Teflon® cap and all conductors can be supplied with identification. Applications : lyophilisation, pressure vessels, reactors and sterilisers.
