v olumes of liquid product, a balance has to be achieved betweenaccuracy and time response, due to the proportionately large mass o f the sensor. T he FD100 sensor assembly was designed to meet these particula r requirements and utilises a miniature detector positioned such that the sensing face of the detector is in direct contact with the inside face o f the probe tip. T o ensure minimum thermal conductivity, the stainless steel probe tipis also thermally isolated from the main sensor stem.

Detector: single PT100 with 3 or 4 wire connection, Class ‘A’ tolerance to BS EN 60751:1996.Flying lead: PTFE insulated copper conductors, 7/0.16mm to ASTM-B -298 with a 250V RMS rating and 3,000mm long.Operating range: -65 to +150°C For an effective and leak free chamber entry, sealing glands utilising soft sealan t technology are recommended.
