Silica packing is an excellent insulator and does not irritate; it withstands continuous temperatures of 1200°C for short periods, does not vitrify and is recommended as an ecological alternative to ceramic braided products. The item is compliant with the REACH directive. Applications Industrial furnaces, oven doors, coke furnaces, stoves, chimneys.
