Dial Micrometers DW Model 49-39-01 Analog/Dial Bench Micrometers This instrument eliminates the minute errors caused in any instrument when measuring at varying thicknesses. The lever activated upper anvil descends by gravity (dead weight) and will have uniform surface pressure at any given point of travel, from .0005” to a full 1/2” thickness. The DW Model can also be supplied with a delayed action mechanism to reduce the speed at which the upper anvil descends. Standard Features Include: • 5/8" anvils • Range: 0 - 1/2" • 5.8+ psi • Accuracy: +.0002” - .0003” and/or +.00508 mm - .00762 mm Available Throat Depths: • 4" (shown), 7" , 12", 18" Available Dial Graduations: • Dial A (.001") • Dial B (.0005") • Dial M (.01 mm) • Dial MA (.001" and .01 mm) M Model 49-38-01 Analog/Dial Bench Micrometers This is a basic, in-plant gage for use at the desk or laboratory. The precision ground anvils are lever activated for ease of operation. Anvil operation is by spring action and the 7 to 9 lbs. psi meets the TAPPI standard.
