Specially designed for Testing Tension Build-Up and COF (Yarn-to-Yarn or Yarn-to-Pin). This powerful software will acquire the tension data and provide real time test results. The software runs Production Mode or Continuous Mode tests and provides a complete set of statistics with each test report: Ave, SD CV% and histogram. Control and Reject Limits are also available as well as 3-Sigma Automatic Limits! SPECIAL FEATURES Key feature in the Friction software is a Waste Length that is at the start of each test. This waste length allows the yarn to clean residual oils or waxes from the Friction Elements prior to collecting any test data. The Waste length ensures that the test results are not influenced by any previous tests and therefore improves the accuracy of the CTT Friction Test. AUTOMATIC CONTROL LIMITS BASED ON 3 SIGMA
