The OmniDel features all the proven features of the current range and a considerable number of innovative new features; •Interface, The OmniDel fits to a standard DIN frame. The hydraulic and electrical interface is exactly the same as for a TCA-DE, TCA-DEL and the TCA-OEL. •Low weight, The OmniDel weighs only 585kg. •Reduced overhang and Centre of Gravity projection. When considered in conjunction with the weight of only 585kg, the reduced overhang and COG projection, the OmniDel clearly minimises problems associated with rear axle overloading. •Reduced overhang and increased ground clearance. The OmniDel’s incredibly strong construction com- bined with its minimal overhang and increased ground clearance make it the ideal machine for avoiding collision damage. •Two stage soft lift for ease of operation, The OmniDel’s proven progressive soft lift and unique geometry make this bin lift incredibly easy to operate. Sonar sensors, start the initial soft lift as the container approaches, and after the container is clamped the bin lift accelerates to its optimum cycle speed to dis- charge the container and then return the container within 8 seconds. and gives a hopperchute angle of 70°, which means that even the most ‘difficult’ materials can be dealt with easily and efficiently. •Unique geometry, provides maximum efficiency, The OmniDel’s unique geometry not only makes it incredibly natural for the operator to use, but it also gives a container tip angle of 50° •Designed for ease of maintenance, Sonar sensors reduce the need for the moving parts of a conventional pedal arm with springs. Straightforward design keeps numbers of moving parts to a minimum.Lubrication free pins and bushes, remove the need for weekly lubrication.
