The software has enhanced triggering functions; Setup, Test and Replay options; trace marking capability (60 points max); real-time viewing of channel data and automated report generation. The QUIKLOOK II program is integrated with Microsoft Access for full database manipulation of marker data and trending capabilities. Different test data can be synchronized on a common marker point. QUIKLOOK II also has a sentry mode for unattended valve monitoring. Teledyne Instruments QUIKLOOK II is a self-contained valve-testing system used to capture data from our QSS and SMARTSTEM sensors or any strain gage or voltage based transducer. These sensors provide continuous torque and thrust data from the stems of valves undergoing diagnostic testing. QUIKLOOK II collects data from each channel up to 10K s/s and allows the user to view up to 16 channels of valve data simultaneously on a 15” active matrix color display.
