* About problems downloading data with Voltage Recorder for Windows
On computers where the Hyper-Threading function is activated, problems have been found to occur when downloading data with a USB-Serial Cable conversion adaptor. There are two solutions to this problem. The first is to turn off the Hyper-Threading function (usually done in the BIOS settings). The second possible solution is to download data on a computer that has a serial port
