- Spot welding head with horizontal moving axis. Pneumatic welding force- A Piezo sensor for force checking during the welding cycle can be set up- A position measuring device for control of the forging value can be set up- Double welding slides with guiding through rails and ball block- Electrodes moving : * Symmetrical and synchronised moving through rack and pinion feed * Asymmetrical moving with centring of both electrodes according to the part to be welded- Electrode holder set up onto a moving and current conductive block. Easy adjustment of the electrodes outside the machine. Components quickly interchangeable, without water stop- Head to be mounted into assembling machines
