Unique gauging, software and fixturing delivers fully automatic turnkey solution, offering production form measurement capability of 75nm. Aspheric Data Fusion Software Taylor Hobson’s patented Aspheric Data Fusion Software allows three measurement profiles to be joined without creating additional measurement uncertainty. This sub-micron component alignment accuracy required is delivered by Ultra Precision fixturing, available in either motorised or manual versions.
