All Rights Reserved To enable hand installation of Tappex® Trisert and Trisert-3 Self Tapping inserts in thread sizes from M2 to M10. The new Tappex Hand Tool Assembly has a range of features detailed above to assist the operator in quick and consistent installation. Used in conjunction with our recommended hole designs for your grade of plastic or alloy, and cutting fluid where required, this tool will help to maximise the performance of the insert in application. The Alignment Bush is not hardened and may be removed or machined to allow its use in mould corners, where access is restricted or for headed Trisert variants.
