TAMPON PRINTING INKS

More and more importance is being placed upon the provi­sion of rapid service in the standard and special ink types area and the ability to deliver basic ink types in standard and special ink shades. TAMPOPRINT® is able to guarantee this rapid service despite the wide range of ink types and shades it offers.

In tampon printing, both process screen printing inks (CMYK) and covering tampon printing inks in many diffe­rent ink shades are used.

The extensive range of tampon printing inks now enables customers to select a tampon printing ink type tailored pre­cisely to their needs. In addition, we always ensure that all the statutory standards and requirements of our customers correspond to the lowest possible burden on health.

Depending on the material to be printed and the resistance requirements of the tampon printing inks, 1- or 2-compo-nent inks are used.

Please ask for current material safety data sheets.

Generally all components used should be from one and the same manufacturer.

Generally ink shades from only one ink type should be mixed.

e.g.: Ink type "B" = ink shade 01 + ink shade 07.

For special requirements, we offer a UV tampon printing ink (1-component).

Preferentially used if high quality is demanded for rapid-running tampon printing systems.

Low solvent concentration corresponds with the increased environmental consciousness and ensures at the same time a reliable production flow with a high-quality printing result.

The immediate further processing due to short drying times is a clear investment for the future.

In addition to tampon printing inks, other media such as primers, adhesives and lubricants, silicone or soldering pastes, precious metals, electrically conductive pastes or thermally conductive pastes can also be transferred to your product in the tampon printing process.

In individual cases, the ability to do this must be checked and tested by our application technology department.
