Beschreibung:

SerienmâBig wird der TA-Drehantrieb 70 mit einem Gleichstrommotor ausgertistet, dessen Drehmomentverhalten sich durch ein hohes Losbrechmoment auszeichnet, das viele Armaturen beim Anfahren benôti-gen. Der Motor wird tiber bewâhrte interne Nockenschalter angesteuert, die prâzise einstellbar sind.

Eine elektronische Bremse gewâhrleistet genaues Anfahren bestimmter Stellwinkel mit sehr hoher Wiederholgenauigkeit. Der Antrieb ist komplett verdrahtet, so daB er kostensparend mit minimalem externen Aufwand installiert werden kann. Um das hohe Drehmoment des Motors dauerhaft umsetzen zu kônnen, verwenden wir im Getriebe grôBtenteils gehârtete Stahlzahn-râder.

Das dickwandige Aluminiumgehâuse hait auch schweren Industriebelastungen stand. Der TA-Drehantrieb 70 kann mit anwen-derspezifischen Modifikationen, vom SteckeranschluB bis zur kompletten „Failsa-fe"-Einrichtung, bestellt werden. Description:

Because of the high breakaway résistance of many valves, the TA-Actuator 70 is regulary equipped with a direct-current motor with a matching flow of torque.

The motor is controlled by reliable internai cam switches. A constant accuracy in the reproduction of certain rotation angles is achieved by an electronic brake.

The actuator is delivered with a complète wiring in order to reduce costs for external control equipment.

The endurance of the gear-box in the conversion of the motor's high torque output is caused by hardened steel gearwheels.

The rigidly built aluminium casing resists strongest industrial stress conditions.

Each actuator may be delivered with modifications according to the needs of the customer.
