The ROLLERACE rollers are designed around a double-row precision ball bearing to guarantee both high radial and axial load capacities. The rollers are protected by a double lip sealing system (2RS) to assure long lifetime, even in difficult environments. The integrated roller pivot has concentric or eccentric shape, to allowfor preload setting in the different systems.
The rollers external ring comes with 2 slightly different profiles: The Guiding-roller, assures system precision and load/moment capacities in all directions, while the Floating-roller provides limited lateral movement and minor rotation around its axis, which allows for certain structural/assembling errors.

The guiding roller is locked onto raceways' angled surfaces, for precise slider guiding and ensuring both radial and axial load transmission.
* The Floating rollertouches only the raceways central surface, due to wide central area of the outer ring of the bearing. Hereby enabling only radial load capacities. Thanks to this design, the roller can move axially and rotate slightly around its axis. As described further in the TWINRACE part, the combination of Guiding roller and Floating rollers in the TWINRACE sliders offers a system which can absorb certain structural/assembling misalignment errors.
