The Force Wheel enables quick optimization of any new or changed process by combining one-minute modifications with more available adjustments than old-style weights. For customers who run multiple materials through Sweco Separators, Smart-Lock Force Wheels allow quick resetting of the vibration for each process.
Sweco field research has found that machines with bolt-on weight plate adjustments tend not to be adjusted after startup.
