for the replacement hook style and bonded edge screens to fit virtually any rectangular vibratory separator and gyratory sifter. SuperHook Screens may feature a single layer of mesh or a double layer, where a coarse mesh serves as a backup to a finer top mesh, adding strength. A triple or sandwich type layered screen is also offered for specialized applications. Plastic reinforcing is used in multiple layered screens when it will contribute to screen life. SuperHooks are offered in a choice of either galvanized or stainless steel. Shown to the right is Sweco's standard one-piece hook. Cloth inserts are placed on the top of the fine mesh screens to help protect the screen from premature failure. Two-piece hooks are also available. Neoprene inserts on either side of the screen mesh in the two-piece hook design help protect against premature hook failure by eliminating a metal against metal surface. SuperBond Sifter Screens will fit virtually any type of rectangular or box style gyratory sifter. They come in various sizes, shapes and materials with a wide range of mesh sizes and cloth types.
