The Motion Analyzer can be used on any vibratory motion machine, including Vibro-Energy ® Round Industrial separators, Rectangular Separators, Grinding Mills and Finishing Mills. This turnkey system comes equipped with a sensor, signal conditioners, filters, A-D industrial converter, and proprietary software package. The system can be run from any Windows 2000/XP based customer supplied computer terminal or laptop, utilizing a USB 2.0 high speed port, allowing for plug and play connectivity.The Motion Analysis System takes the guesswork out of the equation ... converting art to science.
The system allows the user to perfect the motion of the separator for their process and maintain that motion throughout the life of the machine.
