SWECO SW ECO ® S UPER MX™ S EPARATOR H IGHER F ORCES, H IGHER S PEEDS T he SWECO® Super MX™ Separator is a heavy-duty option for those processors who require an aggressive separation for their application. Currently available in 48- and 60-inch diameter machines, this high-speed vibratory separator system provides its users with forces as high as 10 Gs and speeds up to 2200 RPM. Made with the same exacting standards and commitment to quality as every SWECO Separator, the Super MX is available for use with all SWECO accessories such as Self-Cleaning Devices, QuickChange™ Systems, Avalanche™ Frames, and more. Features of the Super MX include an 5 HP motor with extra large bearings, heavier springs, thicker frames and spouts, and heavier weight guards. These features assure a long lasting separator that can handle the higher forces generated by the motion generator. The Super MX is ideally suited for highly viscous or sticky materials which have attributes that make conveying difficult. Applications include various vegetables, toner powders, fine mica and metal powders.
