Testing Every Swagelok bellows-sealed 3-valve manifold is factory vacuum tested with helium at room temperature to a maximum leak rate of 4 3 10–9 std cm3/s at the seat, envelope, and all seals. Cleaning and Packaging Every Swagelok bellows-sealed 3-valve manifold assembled with BG, BW, UG, or UW series valves is cleaned and packaged in accordance with Swagelok Standard Cleaning and Packaging (SC-10), MS-06-62.
