PLUTO™ Cell Technology Key Features
• Pluto cells have a sleek appearance due to extra fi ne cell fi ngers ~30ìm which
reduces surface shading and boosts sunlight absorption into the cell
• Pluto monocrystalline cells now undergo Suntech’s proprietary Gallium-F22
doping process, which greatly inhibits initial Light Induced Degradation to < 1%.

• Pluto cells enjoy high shunt resistance (Rsh) which enhances low light performance
• Unique pyramid texturing technology reduces light refl ection and helps more
sunlight enter from oblique & grazing incidences, thus allowing Pluto cells to
