Leveling Mounts

SM-Series

The Sunnex SM-Series offers economic vibration damping designed for installation of light to medium-duty machinery, particularly in the rubber production industry.

LL-Series

Sunnex LL leveling mounts are ideal for loads up to 4400 lbs. The LL series is fitted with a rubber pad designed to grip mounting surfaces, and has a solid base design.

The precision ball and socket design of the swivel connection provides a smooth low friction interface from the equipment to the floor. This deep socket joint prevents any debris from getting into the joint connection.

The SM leveling elements are comprised of an SP-Series machine pad and a load distribution plate made of a high-grade cast iron.

For leveling purposes you can choose from a range of leveling bolts based on specific requirements.

LE-Series

The LE series consists of a rubber molding vulcanized onto a leveling bolt. The rubber molding has excellent friction on most any surface and provides a safe and dependable installation.

The minimal stud length is well suited for both open hole and blind hole applications. Each model comes complete with a nut and washer for leveling and locking in place.

Standard rubber molds are gray in color, however most are also available in a high durometer black rubber for heavy loads.
