| Infestroyer Application: Inlestation destruction in Hour, bakery mixes and other food products. Method ol Operation: The product Is accelerated by centrifugal force through a single set of whirling rotor pins. Impact in the pin area destroys infestation with minimum fragmentation. Final impact against a corrugated wall insures 100% kill. Simple, rugged design is intended to keep maintenance at a minimum. | Application: Infestation destruction and cleaning of cereal grains. Method of Operation: The dry or tempered grains are fed via dual openings to a spinning rotor plate. Material is distributed by the rotor and outer row of pins toward the replaceable corrugated liner where a thorough scouring action is insured. Scoured grain spirals down a cone section where straightening vanes of the aspirator interrupt the air flow from the scourer, causing the material to descend in a thin veil through ascending air currents. Lighter hulls, beeswing, crease dirt, insect fragments and other debris are thus separated away from the cleaned grain. The external fan is used to control the degree of cleaning and breakage by means of adjusting the ascending air flow.
